Dishwasher/Polisher

We are looking for a dishwasher/polisher to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. Polisher responsibilities are to correctly polish tableware ensuring that it’s completely clean and to Little Hen standards.

Skills:

• Experience as a dishwasher or similar entry-level role in a restaurant
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
• Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Attention to details
• Must be organized and careful with all dishes
• Multi task and be able to go up and down stairs.
• Good oral communication skills
• Be able to organize and check in deliveries. 
• Be able to bring up heavy items up and down stairs. 
• Able to have awareness of restaurant surroundings
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
