Asst. Manager / Lead Hostess Hybrid role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and energetic Lead Host / Assistant Manager to oversee the front-of-house guest experience in a high-volume brunch environment. This role is responsible for managing the host team, coordinating seating flow, supporting service staff, and assisting management with daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the host team during service
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table rotation in a high-volume setting
Provide a welcoming first impression and ensure excellent guest service
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service flow
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and shift coordination
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally
Support opening and closing duties and ensure front-of-house organization
